When renting a property, it is imperative that you know, understand and pay attention to the following Rental Conditions:
- Generally, properties are fully furnished and equipped
- Payment of the rent must be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque (to be defined)
- When signing the lease, the equivalent of 3 months' rent must be paid, consisting of the following items:
a) The rent for the 1st month of use
b) As a deposit, the equivalent of 2 rents, which will be returned at the end of the lease, and which are intended to ensure the proper maintenance of the property and all its contents
- The cost of the condominium is included in the rent
- For leases of between 6 and 12 months or +12 months, the electricity, water, gas and telecoms costs of the rented apartment are borne by the tenant.
- For leases of between 3 and 6 months, water and electricity are already included in the rent.
