The construction of the Lux Garden EVO development started in Faro, with the launching ceremony of the work on January 16th. Designed by architect Tiago Palmela, from TIP Studio, the six-story building will have 117 apartments, from typologies T1 to T3.
This new project, an evolution of the original Lux Garden, combines sophisticated design and functionality. As a private condominium, it represents an investment of 30 million euros and sets a new standard for luxury housing in the region.
During the launch event, the first buyers and the team responsible for the development participated in planting trees on site. The initiative reinforces the commitment to sustainability and is part of the more than 2,000 square meters of green spaces planned.
In recent years, Faro has seen significant growth in the real estate sector, with the development of hundreds of apartments in the Forum Algarve area. The objective is to continue this expansion, consolidating the residential market in the region.
The first sales phase of the Lux Garden EVO had exceptional demand and is practically sold out, driving the launch of a second phase of commercialization.
"The interest in this venture has been extraordinary. The project has been carefully designed to offer innovative features that are in line with real estate industry trends for 2025 and beyond. Sustainability, flexibility and customization are essential aspects of modern projects and are clearly evident in this condominium, meeting the expectations of current residents and investors", said one of the people responsible for the project.
With the success of the initial sales, the next phase of the development is already underway to meet the high demand.
