Finally, if the visit to the property is successful, the buyer will submit an Offer. Make sure that all the details of the transaction have been clarified (what is or is not included in the sale of the property, such as furniture and decorative items, for example). If, for whatever reason, you don't like the Offer, you can always refuse it and/or check whether the buyer is willing to (re)negotiate. Negotiating is part of the process of selling a property, so being well prepared in advance and knowing how to argue is always an asset.
Once an agreement has been reached, all that remains is to proceed with the Public Deed and Registration of the Property so that the Sale Process can be concluded.
