The following documents are required to complete the fundraising process:
- Caderneta Predial - This can be obtained through the Finance Portal or at a Tax Office
- Land Registry Certificate or Certificate of Content (Certidão Predial) - Can be obtained from the Land Registry Online page or from the Land Registry Office.
- Habitation or Construction Licence - Obtained from the Town Hall
- Energy Certificate - There are several companies certified and authorised to issue this certificate
- Technical Housing Sheet (Ficha Técnica de Habitação) - Mandatory for construction after 2004 and is provided by the property's builder
- Property plans - obtained from the Town Hall
- Real Estate Contract - ensures the conditions agreed for the sale of the property
